When: Friday, October 17th
What is it? A celebration of fall for all who want to dress up in COSTUMES, navigate the Hall of Treats and play games at the carnival
Time
HALLS OF TREATS 5:00 to 6:00
CARNIVAL 5:30 to 8:00
Activities This Year! Game Carnival (over 16 booths), Hall of Treats, Costume Contest (for all attendees), Face Painting, Pie In The Face, Cake Walk, Photo Booth, Kettle Corn; New: Hay Rides, Pumpkin Patch, and A Little Scary Barn Maze
TICKET PRE SALE
Oct. 6th – 16th (before and after school) 5 tickets for a $1
AT THE CARNIVAL
Oct. 17th 4 tickets for a $1
Tickets can be used to play games and win prizes; for the Photo Booth, Face Painting, Cake Walk and at the concession stand to buy food.
Halls of Treats.
Candy Donations: The PTO will be accepting candy donations for the Halls of Treats. So, if you would like to help out but can’t volunteer, donations will be accepted at the Ticket Sales table in the main lobby before and after school OR at the front office any other time
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
for Harvest Hop:
We are very low on volunteers – as of now (not counting the Board), we have about 8 people willing to help out that night. That isn’t even close to being enough.
1. We are still looking for 3 people to do a Photo Booth – we have a digital camera, a instant photo printer and a backdrop if they need it, we just need someone to run the booth.
2. We need people to help out at the concession stand – even if they can help for and hour.
3. Here are some items we are looking to borrow:
a. Corn Stalks
b. Hay bails (we need min of 4, 7 would be excellent)
c. Coolers – really big ones would be great
d. Crock pots
(there may be more as I think of things – I will e mail you if I think of others

THIRD UNIFORM SWAP:
We will be exchanging clothing for tickets starting next week - drop off at the harvest hop ticket pre-sale table. Then the week of October 20-22, we will have a table set up just to do exchange. The actual uniform purchase or buy day will be October 23rd from 3:30 to 6:00 during the Parent Teacher Conferences.
